Tariam was given the challenge of facilitating broadband communications via satellite at a new business centre where no DSL exists only 6 miles from the centre of Cambridge, UK. Substantial bandwidth was required by the site's Landlord to attract tenants to a prestigious new office complex.
Tariam designed the network, and deployed a satellite broadband system sharing the service over the business buildings and the local village with a mixture of fixed wire and wireless technology.
The business centre is now fully occupied with quality tenants, including a publishing company, that would never have considered the site unless broadband was available.
