Homenet provides a low cost, quick to deploy, IP based satellite broadband connection for home users.

Homenet can also provide the perfect broadband connection for home offices and small businesses with up to 3 users, and who don’t need to use advanced broadband functionality like IPSec VPN connections, or to send very large files. (The iaccess solution is suitable for this kind of work).

The network and the equipment are extremely reliable and robust. As with all Tariam satellite platforms, the network is monitored and managed from our Operations Centre 24/7, 365 days a year, and we have online access across the satellite to each terminal for providing technical support and troubleshooting.

The customer premises equipment is compact, runs on a small 67 cm antenna (Ka band services, Ku band 96 cm).

The satellite modem is self contained with all the VSAT specific applications, including both TCP PEP (Performance Enhancing Proxies) and pre-fetching for super fast browsing.
