Our advanced network management systems allow us to troubleshoot 98% of technical support issue remotely. This linked with very high network availability statistics mean that we can offer reliable and robust solutions, ideal for mission critical sites and providing connectivity in project dependant remote locations.
In the unlikely event of a component failure on mission critical sites our Rapid Response Team can be dispatched by helicopter from our base near Sywell Aerodrome and be at any site in the UK within 4 hours. During 2007 we will be extending helicopter support services to the rest of Europe. (Dependent on Gold Level support for site).
We offer multilingual support on all platforms. If your site or installation is 'mission critical' or you need enhanced support levels or a permanent engineer on site, we can offer escalating levels of support from 'best endeavour' to 'four hour fix'.
